When we started the search for a creative entrepreneur for Virgin Money we knew we would need to do something very different to attract a truly exceptional individual and traditional recruitment approaches wouldn’t suffice. We needed a ‘game changing’ recruitment approach to attract ‘game changing’ candidates. With our agency we developed the highly innovative ‘Worlds Most Creative Interview’ concept and delivered flawlessly against the creative brief. The project was exciting and, fun. Ultimately, we hired a great candidate we would not have otherwise found.

Winning the award was one of the proudest moments of my career. The most exciting thing about working in Talent is that it’s a constantly evolving world and the role, as well as what you need to do to attract candidates, is always changing. Throwing out the rule book with this project to produce something innovative felt like a risk but the team at TMP were brilliant and winning the award felt like validation that our ideas worked. The awards are a showcase of the best work in the industry and are inspiring for anybody working in Talent Acquisition, so being recognised in this forum was a huge privilege.
